...Damn state. Honestly. Today is the second day of my much needed spring break and Illinois decided that we should have SNOW. This state: it's either Winter or Summer, there's no Fall or Spring. Take your pick, really hot or really cold. I want to move to California!!

Haven't posted up here in a good long while, so I thought I'd put something up today. News, news, news....let's see: My Birthday was two weeks ago, actually! I am now seventeen, which is a disgusting cross between really old and still too young for everything. I got a nice shirt, some cash, the Iron Man movie,and the Watchmen graphic novel, so it was a nice birthday. Because I was in the school musical "Peter Pan" throughout my birthday week and thus had no time to spend iwth my family, we had my birthday dinner on Friday at this wonderful restaurant in Chicago called "Gene and Georgetti". Steak is by far my favorite food and this place serves some of the best ribeye I have ever tasted, so I was quite satisfied with the meal....not so much with the pounds I put on as a result, but hey....

Let's see, what else has been going on out here....nothing really. Getting a few old fanfic ideas polished and honed and ready to go and a few new-ish ones in the beginnings of a first chapter. Pretty soon I'll have snippets posted up here, too.

That's really about it. This week is purely for my relaxation, therefore there will be art posted and a few pictures of Eitka to boot. In the meantime I hope that all of you have a wonderful, warm spring day in the outdoors.
